A Seven Gene Signature Identifies the Risk of Developing Cirrhosis in Chronic Hepatitis C Patients .

Now that the program is over, participants are be able to describe
new criteria for determining which chronic hepatitis C patients
are at risk for progression to liver cirrhosis. The presentation
discussed the gene discovery process and development of
the Cirrhosis Risk Score which stratifies hepatitis C patients
into low or high risk cohorts for progression to cirrhosis.
