Early detection and treatment monitoring of chronic HIV-1 infection.

Collect plasma in EDTA (lavender-top) or a (white-top) PPT
Vacutainer(TM) plasma preparation tube. Separate plasma from the
cells by centrifugation within 24 hours after collection. Transfer
the plasma to a plastic screw-cap vial and ship frozen.
