In the event of an initial identification of Coccidioides, Histoplasma, or Blastomyces, the following additional identification methods will be performed at an additional charge: Coccidioides DNA Probe (CPT code 87149); HistoplasmaDNA Probe (CPT code: 87149); Blastomyces DNA Probe (CPT code: 87149).
