Pregabalin is medication used for the treatment of fibromyalgia or nerve pain caused by certain conditions (e.g. shingles, diabetic nerve problems). It is also used in combination with other medicines to treat certain types of seizures. The analysis of pregabalin in urine is utilized to document compliance with prescribed therapy.
