ALTERNATE

Anti-Mag, anti-SGPG, anti-GM1, anti-GD1a, anti-GD1b, anti-asialo GM1, anti-sulfatide, anti-Hu, and IgM GALOP antibodies are found in patients with a peripheral neuopathy and mixed sensory and motor symptoms. This semi-quantitative assay may be useful in monitoring therapeutic responses in select cases.

Please label each specimen tube with two forms of patient
identification. These forms of identification must also appear on the
requisition form.

Serum must be separated from cells within 48 hours of
collection.
