This test is to be used for the screening of donors of human cells, tissues, and cellular and tissue-based products for infectious diseases.

Please send the original collection tube, if possible. Aliquot tubes
will only be accepted if processed and labeled at the original
collection site.

Place the specimens for donor testing in a separate transport bag.
Attach a Donor Testing label (Stock Clerk number 136296, available
from Client Supplies) to the bag and ship refrigerated (cold packs).
